Temple Fillers

Fill the Hollow. Frame the Face.

The Experience
Brand Origin

Temple fillers restore the soft side walls of the upper face. When the temples hollow, a dip forms between the cheekbone and forehead, which can make the face look gaunt or older than it feels. This can happen with age, but also in younger faces with little natural fullness here.

A cohesive hyaluronic acid (HA) gel goes deep into the temple, between layers of tissue that sit above the chewing muscle. It fills the hollow straight away and restores the gentle S-shaped curve seen in a youthful face. HA binds water for a natural feel, and the body gradually breaks it down.

For sunken temples and an angular upper face, it returns a smooth, balanced frame.

The Process
Star Products & Key Ingredients

Your visit starts with a detailed assessment of the temple area, how deep the hollow runs and how it relates to your brows, forehead and cheekbones. The temple is anatomically complex, with several blood vessels running through its layers, so your doctor maps a careful plan before any injection. Numbing cream is used beforehand.

During the procedure:

Through one or two tiny entry points on each side, the filler is laid down slowly, in small amounts, within the planned layer. Both sides are compared for symmetry as the contour builds.

Treatment sensation:

Most clients notice a dull pressure rather than pain. Discomfort is usually mild.

Treatment of both temples usually takes 15 to 30 minutes after numbing.

The Journey
Skincare Highlights

Sessions needed: Most people need a single session. A touch-up visit between 2 weeks and a month later lets your doctor fine-tune the result.

Results Timeline: The temples look fuller as soon as treatment ends. Any swelling usually fades within the first 1 to 2 weeks.

Maintenance: Results in the temples can last up to 12 months. A repeat treatment keeps the contour once the hollow begins to return.

A quiet change at the sides that lets the whole face sit in balance.

Recovery & Aftercare

Most clients resume normal activities straight away. Mild swelling, tenderness or a little bruising at the entry points can occur and tends to ease within several days.

Aftercare tips:

  • Treat the temples gently: no pressing or massage
  • Hold off on intense exercise, alcohol and hot environments for the rest of the day
  • Call the clinic straight away if you notice unusual pain, skin discolouration or vision changes
  • Follow the aftercare notes provided after your treatment
  • Attend your follow-up review so your doctor can check your progress
