Hyalase Filler Dissolve
Reset Your Canvas.
Sometimes, aesthetic treatments don’t turn out the way we imagined. Whether it’s filler that migrated, looks uneven, or just doesn’t feel like “you,” Hyalase offers a way to gently press the reset button.
This treatment uses hyaluronidase — a naturally occurring enzyme — to dissolve unwanted hyaluronic acid fillers safely and effectively. It’s a way to restore balance to your features and make space for a more refined or refreshed approach, if and when you're ready.
A detailed consultation is done to carefully map out the injection sites for precise Hyalase placement.
During the procedure:
A series of tiny injections deliver Hyalase directly into the area with pre-existing filler.
The enzyme gets to work almost immediately, breaking down the filler and helping your body clear it naturally.
Treatment sensation:
The treatment is well-tolerated. Most clients describe it as a light prick followed by a mild burning sensation. Ice compresses are commonly used to further minimize any discomfort.
The entire process takes 15–20 minutes depending on the areas involved.
Note: Patch testing (on your forearm) may be required for clients who have never had Hyalase before, to rule out any potential allergic reactions.
Filler typically begins to dissolve within hours, with most of the results visible within 24–72 hours.
Depending on how much filler is present and how your body responds, more than one session may be required.
Once dissolved, you can choose to leave the area natural — or return for carefully re-applied filler, often with better, more natural-looking results.
One of the biggest advantages of Ultherapy Prime is zero downtime. You can return to work, exercise, or social activities right after your session.
Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur but generally resolve within hours to days.
Aftercare tips:
- Avoid intense heat treatments (like saunas or hot yoga) and direct sun exposure for the first 48 hours
- Keep the skin well-hydrated with moisturizing products
- Apply SPF daily to protect your results
- A more natural, balanced appearance where filler has been removed
- Correction of asymmetry, puffiness, or migration
- Relief from heaviness, tightness, or irregularities caused by misplaced filler
- A clean slate — ready for a new treatment plan, if desired
Note: Hyalase only dissolves hyaluronic acid-based fillers. Other types of filler may require alternative treatments.
Hyalase is ideal for those who:
- Are unhappy with the results of previous filler — whether due to shape, feel, or placement
- Have experienced complications like migration, puffiness, or nodules
- Want to correct or refine results before starting afresh with a more tailored approach
