Profhilo Structura is a next-generation injectable bioremodelling treatment designed to go deeper — both in placement and in performance. Unlike Profhilo Original which hydrates the skin superficially, Structura works at a foundational level to improve skin quality, firmness, and architecture.
With a specially formulated hybrid hyaluronic acid, it is optimised for slow, deep release. Being placed in the deeper layers of the skin, it stimulates adipose cell regeneration, gradually strengthening the underlying framework of the face.
Created for areas where structural support is beginning to fade — such as the lower cheeks, jawline and chin — Profhilo Structura restores internal scaffolding while keeping your facial expression soft, natural, and beautiful.
During the procedure:
A numbing cream is applied to minimise any discomfort.
The product is carefully placed beneath the skin layer using a cannula, via precise anatomical points at the corner of the jaw.
The entire procedure takes just 20 minutes.
Treatment sensation:
The treatment is swift, with slight stinging, mild tugging and pressure at each site.
Most clients begin with 2 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. For severe skin laxity, 3 sessions are recommended.
Some improvement in firmness and contour may be seen within 3–4 weeks of the first session.
Full results become more visible after the 2nd session, with skin feeling denser, more elastic, and naturally lifted.
Maintenance is usually recommended every 6–9 months.
This is not a filler effect — it’s a biological one. With each treatment, your skin becomes subtly stronger and more structurally supported.
Downtime is minimal. After treatment, mild swelling, tightness or tenderness may occur at injection points. Mild bruising may occasionally occur in thin-skinned individuals.

- Keep the skin clean and avoid makeup for the rest of the day
- Keep skin hydrated and apply SPF daily
