Radiesse
Strengthen. Sculpt. Stimulate.
Radiesse® is more than a dermal filler — it’s a biostimulator. Designed to restore volume and refine contours, Radiesse encourages your body to do what it does best: produce collagen. It is made of 30% calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a 70% soft gel carrier, which provides an immediate volume and lift while jumpstarting long-term skin regeneration.
The true beauty of Radiesse lies in its dual effect: visible lift now, deeper collagen support later. It sculpts while supporting the skin from within, with a goal of producing new collagen and elastin, helping rebuild structure, firmness, and elasticity over time.
Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation to better understand your facial anatomy, concerns and determine where structure or skin quality needs support.
Depending on your treatment goal, Radiesse can be used in two key ways:
- As a contouring filler: to lift and define areas such as the cheeks, chin, or jawline
- As a hyperdiluted biostimulator: to improve skin quality in areas like the face, neck, décolletage, arms, abdomen, and buttocks
During the procedure:
Topical numbing cream is applied, and in some cases, Radiesse is pre-mixed with lidocaine for comfort. The product is injected via needle or cannula into targeted areas.
The entire process takes 30–45 minutes depending on the areas treated.
Treatment sensation:
Generally well tolerated by most individuals. Many describe the feeling akin to applying pressure onto the skin, occasional light pricks and tugging.
The result? Immediate visual improvement with long-term regenerative benefits that unfold gradually and beautifully.
Results are often visible immediately due to the CMC gel component of Radiesse. Over the next 2–3 months, new collagen is produced in the treated area, gradually firming and improving texture.
As a filler: 1 session is often enough to achieve the desired volume and contour.
As a biostimulator: A course of 1–3 treatments, spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart, may be recommended for optimal skin regeneration.
Maintenance: To maintain results, a follow-up session every 12–18 months is typically advised.
Radiesse rewards patience — offering elegant, natural-looking structure that evolves with your skin’s own rhythm.
After treatment you may notice slight swelling, tenderness, or small bruises at the injection points — all completely normal and temporary.
Aftercare tips:
- Avoid alcohol, vigorous exercise, and heat (like saunas) for 24–48 hours
- Do not massage or apply pressure to the treated areas
- Avoid makeup for the rest of the day
- Apply cold compress if needed to ease swelling
When used as a filler:
- Immediate volume and definition in cheeks, chin, and jawline
- Natural-looking enhancement without puffiness
- Improved facial contour and structure
When used hyperdiluted as a biostimulator:
- Firmer, smoother skin texture
- Reduced appearance of crepiness or sagging
- Increased elasticity and tone from new collagen growth
- Rejuvenation in challenging areas like the neck, upper arms, tummy and buttocks
Skin will continue to improve in the weeks to come — subtly tightening, firming, and refining its texture.
Radiesse is ideal for individuals who:
- Want natural-looking contouring without excessive volume
- Are experiencing a loss of firmness or facial/body structure
- Prefer long-lasting, regenerative improvements to their skin
- Are seeking the added benefits of collagen stimulation in their treatments
